Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. There was only one person ahead of us. My boyfriend ordered an iced caramel coffee. What did the barista end up giving him you may ask???? An iced coffee with nothing else in it. How can you get that wrong???? Avoid!

I was in St George on vacation with my mom and sister. We visited this Starbucks once on Saturday and once on Sunday, both times in the drive-thru. Saturday- My sister's drink was made without coffee even though I ordered it with decaf coffee. Even after repeating this, the barista at the window said "Yeah that's with the cream". No, no it's not. My drink wasn't made right either. I was asked to pull out of the drive-thru line and had to wait in the back lot for them to bring drinks. Sunday- When I got to the window, the barista said they were re-making my drink because it was wrong. I was glad they caught it before I got there. However when I took a sip of my "re-made" drink as I drove away, I tasted the sweetener (ordered Iced Coffee, no cream, no sweetener). I was in a massive hurry to beat traffic back to California and I had to pull up to the curb and run inside. The baristas acted shocked that I would ask for a new drink and acted with no sense of urgency. This place is a major disappointment and definitely not up to par with the Starbucks brand :(

Friendly baristas at this location. Cute little drive through location looks deceptively small from the street but is very deep inside like a row house. Gorgeous decor feels like a modern country chic loft apartment. Love the leather benches. Great use of space! Wish all Starbucks looked like this one!! I would design my house like this :)

If this place was not clean it's because the staff hasn't had time to recuperate from the Tsunami of mocha frappachino seeking hordes on their way to local attractions & area functions. The line on a Sat in July during a convention is Epic. It winds down the store and the cars are packed 7 deep in the drive through line. Personally, I'm standing here because I've not got the heart for another bad cup of hotel coffee and I'm willing to fill anything for a decent cup of plain old Joe, dark roast please, hold the ersatz flavorings. Goddess bless the staff here. They are so kind and patient with the venti low fat, no, no fat, mocha frappachino with a shot of peppermint skinny machiatto ina plastic cup insanity.

Thought I'd give this place another try. But as expected, their drinks are poorly made. The first time I came here waited 20 minutes in drive thru and my drink was not even up to par to what I had asked for. Corporate needs to come to this location and re train the staff correctly.

Worst Starbucks ever! Waited almost 10 minutes AT the drive through order speaker for them to even take my order. This was just me at the speaker. ..10 minutes. I gave my order (venti iced coffee with Mon fat milk and splenda) and then the girl asked EVERY bit of my order again. I'm never stopping at this one ever again. I don't care how desperate I am.

What can I say sometimes you gotta have your java strong. When I need to really wake up this is the place to go and plus now they have really good breakfast items too.

We have been buying Starbucks since they opened. The fresh brewed is no longer acceptable. People are great. No gluten free options keeps me going to other places.

Very friendly, but not suck up friendly, service. Anne was very sweet and accommodating to the different needs of our group, reloading cards for specific amounts, making separate transactions, grinding coffee, etc. My coffee was bitter but I've come to accept that when I go to Starbucks, not the baristas fault (I used to work there). But made how I asked. Newly remodeled with a darkish and cool feeling. Not a ton of seating but very good for a quick date! Thanks Anne :)

Even when they're very busy, they move really fast! Long drive-thru line outside, and a line of about 15 people inside, and it still took less than ten minutes! Also, everyone was really friendly.

Worst Starbucks I've been too. Ordered a grande unsweetened iced red eye (coffee + espresso shot).. Got back a hot red eye.. Asked them to fix it.. Got back a grande iced sweetened coffee with no espresso shot.. Asked them to fix it.. Got back a tall iced coffee and had to remind then to add the espresso shot. I decided I'd stick with the tall since I'd probably get back a caramel macchiato if I asked then to fix it again.

I'm a pain in the ass Californian asking for stuff they don't have that made a mistake in my order. They're lovely and made me a new drink anyway. :-)

Saint George absolutely the cleanest city I have been in to but this Starbucks location in Saint George is the dirtiest one I been in my life . The need to clean the place up. Most customers at this location out of town and you can tell by license plate and they are the one making the filth but still the management have to be in the top to keep it up to standard .

I stopped by for a bathroom break on the way home from utah to california. In desperate need of coffee, i stopped by starbucks. My cup (plastic) was severely leaking when the barista handed it to me. Instead of remaking the drink (you can only wonder what bacteria came out of the crack in the bottom), she simply dumped it into another plastic cup and added ice. I didn't know whether to be grossed out or feeling cheated.

Here is what I will say, it is a Starbucks....Negatives though were positive, if that makes sense. This location doesn't carry any fruit, so breakfast is a terrible for you pastry or some pre-packaged granola bar. There isn't much room for seating so we were forced to eat in the car... The drinks we good and the service was both friendly and fast.

My daily morning stop is here. The staff at this location are great! Always clean and well stocked on all my favorites.

Customer service was less than friendly. Didn't pay attention to my order, after I politely repeated it three times. Then they forgot my order.

This is a normal Starbuck's outlet on the east side of St. George. It's a handy place to stop on your way to Zion or other places I hike when I go to Utah. The staff is always pleasant and competent. I am thrilled when I see the green sign along the freeway. Yes. Here at last!

This is a pretty good Starbucks. It has easy access from I-15 and always has clean restrooms. I am always careful when getting coffee in Utah. There is always a good chance that the person making your coffee doesn't drink coffee themselves. People who don't drink coffee don't fully understand the awesome responsibility that comes with brewing the beverage that prevents me from being a monster. But this Starbucks tends to hire only fellow caffeine freaks so there are no problems with the coffee.

I'm thinking this is one of the few Starbucks in St. George because this place was overrun on a hot Saturday afternoon. Despite the chaos, the barsitas were super nice and produce my venti cinnamon dolce latte in a neat and tidy fashion. I will add that at least they do have a drive through here, which would be preferable to getting out of your car in the 110 degree summer heat.

Very fast service here, they were moving them through the line.

I stopped here on my way to Zion National Park for a break. It has patio outside, but inside is pretty much generic. The difference from Starbucks always comes from services, here there is no smile and very indifferent. Nonetheless, when you need to go to the bathroom, you will go to any Starbucks!

Hey Starbucks, you have lost a very loyal customer. I waited stuck in a drive thru lane for over 25 minutes today. My latte' addiction has officially ended.

This is a dual review I will first review the AWESOME... FIVE STARS FOR KYLE!!! Me and my girlfriend first visited this Starbucks on our way in from California on our way to Zion and were pleasantly surprised by the drinks, and the cleanliness of this specific location. It was about 4pm in the afternoon and it wasn't too crowded and allowed us to relax and talk to the baristas, thats when we met Kyle. He asked about my camera and we got talking about the usual camera nerdgasm material. After making our drinks, PERFECTLY, he continued to point out cool places to visit in the area, as well as great places to take pictures. Oh yeah, and he did this while making at least 10 drinks in the process. MULTI-TASKING FTW!!! ONE STAR FOR BLONDE BARISTA... We had such a great time there we decided to come back the next morning before heading out to Zion. Unfortunately Kyle was not there and we were met with significantly less understanding individuals making our drinks. (AND NO BLACK APRONS) Not only were our drinks made incorrectly we got a loud exhale and attitude from the heavy-set blonde haired barista making our drinks. She gave a lame excuse why she couldn't make the drinks right and made them again. They were better but still substantially subpar... The attitude was not appreciated. Our third trip was somewhere in between the two experiences. The baristas were more friendly, however our drinks still had to be remade. Fortunately this time without the added sass.

I was talked into using the app to order instead of getting in line so here we go.... The ordering wasn't too bad, but it took time to sync payments etc. I patiently wait and wait and wait and wait for my order and nothing happens. I stand by the pick up counter but they all ignore me. I get in the back of the line and when I finally get up to order I tell them I ordered online. They look at each other puzzled and one walks to a printer and tears off my order and goes "oh" and finally starts making my drink. Not only was in made wrong but not a peep about the extra wait, poor customer service or anything. Maybe its a sign to stop paying $10 for two drinks. This was on 8/14/15 at around 1pm.

Ordered an iced caramel coffe , but got coffe without caramel , cashier was kinda dosing off, only one restroom for mens & one for womens , expect a waiting line , avoid this terrible location .

This place is a dump! Flies in the pastry cabinet, crumbs everywhere, floor is filthy, trash overflowing. I've seen pig pens cleaner. If you're smart, go somewhere else!

Customer service is terrible...Starbucks has really lost what made them..and that was really good service. ..now they suck in customer service

I used to manage this store. What a crap hole now. Dirty nasty filthy. Health standards are absolutely disgusting. Sad to see such a beautiful location get destroyed. Remodel sucks too. Don't know how anyone works there now.

So slow! 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took 19 minutes to get to the window. They also FORGOT one drink in my order of two drinks.

The staff was friendly and coffee was good. It was a much needed trip to Starbucks and the cashier was really friendly. However, watch out for traffic and parking conditions!!!

There is a barista who made a long drive thru line enjoyable to be in. We have never had so much fun ordering coffee and tea ever and we frequent Starbucks on a daily basis. Between his humor, delicious suggestions, and really buff arms, this Starbucks drive thru visit deserves nothing less than five stars. Magic.

The drinks here are usually fine, but some of the baristas are quite sullen.

Definitely was NOT expecting to find a Starbucks in southern Utah, but I'm glad I did. Excellent coffee, customer service, and baristas.

This place has the best Barista working ever. Pure comedy. He had our whole family cracking up in the drive thru. Coffee is great too.

Outside the in the drive thru the line looks long but it moves fast. Inside there was almost no line. The coffee was okay. I wish it tasted a little better. Overall the environment was nice and the people were great.

This is the best Starbucks in the universe. I am so in love with it just for existing. Millions of miles of no Starbucks for this poor Seattle girl and this looked like an oasis in the desert. The coffee was done just how I like it and everyone was really friendly. Yay for the St George Starbucks!

Friendly staff, and great drinks, but I wait over 30 minutes every time, whether it's inside or the drive thru. I haven't had that happen at other locations.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been too. And has been ever time I come here. Only Starbucks in St.george/Hurricane/Leeds area so I'm kinda screwed.

Worst stop at a Starbucks ever. 30 minutes! We had to ask three times for our breakfast sandwiches.

  • Anika E.

Out of all the employees at this location, only the cashier was courteous. I watched as they snipped at anyone with completely benign requests... Whatever you do, don't ask for non-fat milk to add to your coffee, even if half-and-half is the only option out there -- you will be shanked. Oh, and don't think eye contact is warranted, either. Buck up, buttercups.
